Complimentary second opinion inspection is available at no charge and includes a visual review of the vehicle and assessment of a previously provided diagnosis or repair estimate. Inspection is limited to the specific concern or repair in question; full multi-point inspection is not guaranteed. Written estimate from another service provider may be required at time of inspection. Complimentary inspection does not include teardown, disassembly, or diagnostic scanning; additional diagnostic fees may apply if deeper inspection is required. Findings and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of repair cost or outcome. Shop fees, environmental fees, taxes, and other federal, state, or locally mandated fees are additional if repair services are authorized.
